Wow! This is gonna be FUN!

I'm excited! School is ok but kinda a drag after years of it. So I decided to get involved in the community around the school and volunteered to help with the set design of the local theaters production of "Willy Wonka."
Now, to anyone, working on Willy Wonka would be awesome enough, but the coolest part is the guy I get to work with. He's been doing set design for a few years, but guess, just GUESS what he did in the 80's and 90's?
That's right! He worked as a coloring animator for Disney! How cool is that!? Seriously, I can learn so much from him, this is gonna be fun...and ok a lot of work, but hey! I'll have a blast working until I'm crossed eyed and see swirly lolly pops when I close my eyes to sleep.

Things are good! I just got a part-time job at JoAnns and I had an interview at Vitamin World for assistant manager. Yay! The interview went really well, so I'm hopeful :)

How are things going at WSU? I've heard from a few people that everybody is getting the swine flu :P Hope you don't though, cause that would be especially bad :( But people who had it told me they get over it faster than the normal flu, haha...I was surprised to see WSU on the national news though!!

How's Willy Wonka going? You know, since it's October, I've been thinking about last year when we had fun making our costumes. I miss you!!! Whatcha gonna be this year? I'm gonna be Sora again since I spent so much time on it last year. I want to redo the gloves and I need to fix and de-weather the shoes.

I'm living with Marcus and his mom temporarily while I find an apartment and get settled here. So things are awesome :)

haha, Yeah we got the swine flu pretty bad here, as well as other nasty viruses. I've got one now, and it sucks. :( But I've been watching all the old sailor Moon episodes on youtube! it's so addicting and fun!
for Halloween, I plan to be the Firebird, from the ballet. I'm still working on my costume, but I'm post pictures when it's done.
I remember working on our costumes together too! How is your job at JoAnns going?
I'm still working on the set props for Willy Wonka, but since I've been sick haven't gotten much done. It's put everything on hold. I hate missing school, it makes me feel even worse.
